Measures included in the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®) are developed by ASCO's volunteer panel of oncologists and quality experts based on both ASCO's and other nationally recognized practice guidelines and strive to reflect the team-based care provided to patients with cancer in the outpatient oncology setting.

QOPI Certification Program (QCP) Track

Offered to all US-based domestic and international practices.

The QOPI Certification Track is a group of 25 measures selected to evaluate oncology practices on the various aspects of providing quality oncology-patient care. Practices who would like to apply for QOPI Certification must first complete this reporting track and achieve a 75% or greater performance score.

Note: QOPI Certification may not be available in all countries.

Low/Middle-Income Country (LMIC) Track (Pilot Program)

The Low/Middle-Income Country (LMIC) Track is a pilot program aimed at making quality improvement assessment more accessible and adaptable for outpatient oncology clinics in low-income and middle-income countries.
